How the Express Repair Service Works

1. 1. Upon arrival to Equipment Blowouts Inc. the unit would be logged in and sent to one of our highly trained Repair Teams (Nokia, Kyocera, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, etc.). Once the phone is assessed the Certified Technician will either:
1. Perform the needed repairs and send it through a thorough multi-step Quality Control Inspection.
2. If the cost to repair exceeds the pre-authorization amount we will contact the location for additional approval to proceed with the repair. If the response is negative we will return the unit un-repaired. A bench fee will be charged in addition to the shipping cost.
3. If the customer does not want the phone returned, upon Equipment Blowouts Inc.'s discretion we may waive the bench fee and retain the handset for salvage.
2. Our Quality Control Specialist will inspect the product and determine if the product passes our high standards of excellence.
3. Our Shipping Department will return the product to the predetermined return address.
